Commentary

Now I’m not saying that Hal is involved with Deception in any way; not inferring it, not believing that in any way,
but you’ll notice that ‘the size of our stockpile’ is proudly waved around, but the size of foreign stockpiles is
CLASSIFIED.
That’s because the USA has a principle that we MUST WAVE AROUND THE LARGEST PENIS.
So I don’t know Hal’s mind.. but you notice he seems well aware of the principle…
