I know that some people just LOVE ‘St.’ Augustine, as they like that he investigated Gnostic ideas, originally.
But I find his formulation of ‘original sin’ the single worst concept,
the most incorrect concept ever developed by a human mind.
There is simply nothing worse.
It has largely thrown the human race into agony for over a thousand years.
Of course, PS does not endorse the word of ‘sin’ even having
a semantic meaning. It’s beyond pure gibberish.
It is physically impossible by the laws of physics or higher
laws for ‘sin’ to even exist.
Sure, someone can be a ‘dickhead’ but that doesn’t rise to
the level of ‘sin’, and there is nobody keeping score of these
Imaginary ‘slights’.
We are all children, part of something greater than us,
and children are not sent to ‘hell’ for spilling milk.
Also, in a different time strata, we are a ‘more complete form of consciousness
and structure’, that could, if we were assholes, take umbrage at milk spilling.
WE ARE NOT ASSHOLES WHO TAKE UMBRAGE AT MILK SPILLING.
AND AS NOTHING EXISTS OTHER THAN ‘US’, IT IS BOTH PHYSICALLY AND METAPHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE
FOR THERE TO BE ‘SIN’.
