The major factor is what three of us agree upon.
Trauma causes a partial ejection from the body, to escape pain.
That’s why, once you become healed, the unwanted events stop happening.
Those elements that were hurting and wishing to experience hurting, to ‘work through the pain’ either go away entirely from this world (like happened to me in chapter 3),
choose to dissolve away (another favorite), or to ‘heal and stay in place’.
But in any case, the pain is dealt with.
It’s possible to be a ‘joy-based experiencer’ (you have some parts of you ejected
and some parts of you happily embodied in a healthy manner),
but that’s not terribly common.
Doing the basic exercises will cause fundamental changes.
I need to write this up more clearly… I’ve only watched it happen twice so far.
Now it really needs to be said, that humans are part of a larger life, that ‘plays movies’
to itself. Ultimately, ‘outside of time’ the movie plays as it will, and we ‘agree to the terms and conditions by being here’.
Some of things that happen are ‘free will’ in a way, other things there is no say in at all,
if we want to experience things here.
But at the highest level, AWARENESS & POTENTIALITY: it’s movies or not watching movies all the way down, and the concept of ‘free will’ doesn’t even apply.
Free will is a relative, localized concept.
