1) From Gnosticism people often want to blame the Pleroma member ‘Sophia’ for having the arrogance to create a world

on her own, screwing up and birthing the demiurge. You

know the typical ‘blame the woman for all that is evil’ thing

so beloved in so many cultures.

2) I’m referencing Isaac Lurias ‘shells’ as a similar symbol for

the Monads in PS.

3) in many people’s minds, apparently, one should ‘heal the shells’ with TIKKUN and sure, that sounds lovely. Only once

you finish all that healing, it only lasts for 10 to the -10

seconds and it’s all broken again.

4) So PS suggests learning to live with ‘broken shells’ while ALSO being kind and loving and helpful when possible

even though the eternal state of things is to be ‘broken’

(Broken by Design is a PS tenant).

Without brokenness there is no individuation or being, and

those things are desired.
