But to focus it elsewhere.

Some focus on the heart (love), some focus on the solar plexus (personal power),
Or you can just live in a state of ‘grokking’ through directly accessing the RH hemisphere
Visually (it’s called ‘the trace state’).

Do them safely and it can be wonderful.
