I love these sorts of questions. They have actual answers.
Now Rupert says ‘the Infinite knows nothing of objectivity’ —- 5 star answer. That is perfectly correct. Let’s call ‘the Infinite’
POTENTIALITY here. POTENTIALITY doesn’t know itself at all. IT DOESN’T HAVE A SELF. You can’t have objectivity
without a localized presence.
Now here’s where Platonic Surrealism diverges from the traditions that came before.
We recognize AWARENESS, which primordially is just a property set/interaction set in POTENTIALITY, but ‘disturb the system by 1 bit of information’ and you get the first localized ‘sense of self’, the first temporal wake.
Now AWARENESS until it folds back on itself like the Ouroboros the snake eating it’s own tail can’t really do anything, can’t really
experience hardly any ‘objectivity’. It’s 1 trillionth of a butterfly wing in substance. It’s functionally not measurable.
But once AWARENESS folds back on itself, in a ‘Mobius loop’, 1 bit of difference becomes a Monad, and a Monad is a basic unit
of ‘cosmic scale’ objectivity, as everything forks back to that first configuration coming into existence, including all beings and
Universes and such things, that Monads do either ‘solo’ (generally a ‘mistake’ – the legend of Sophia in Gnosticism) or in concert
with other Monads (safety in numbers).
Cosmic subjectivity (POTENTIALITY) can’t do anything (like Shiva in Trika Shaivism). POTENTIALITY cannot manipulate even
1 bit of information. It’s a ZERO BIT FIELD. AWARENESS can only do one thing, and one thing only, that is to do a 1 bit operation
(to form a Monad or not to form a Monad).
THEN, after a Monad is formed, then AWARENESS through that MONAD can do NEARLY ANYTHING. But it doesn’t necessarily
know MUCH of ANYTHING. POTENTIALITY KNOWS NOTHING, but IS EVERYTHING as Rupert says. AWARENESS by itself
can only know ONE THING (ITSELF), and when it loops back into a Monad, ‘over time’ it can eventually know nearly EVERYTHIG,
but that takes so many trillions of years (equivalent) it’s just silly.
Now, how all this relates to limitation and the limited self and how to live in peace while KNOWING, that is the other shoe to drop
from this knowledge, and it’s still a ‘project in process’, the project of being a human being, actually.
